We want you to be happy with the product and size that you have purchased from Suplest Pty. Ltd. In the event of an exchange being required please email email@example.com within 14 days of purchase and we will contact you to arrange the return and exchange of the item. We will include a blank Auspost satchel with every online sale item and if you wish to exchange the size we will email a Auspost shipping document to print and attach and you may post it at any Post Office location. We offer 1 free return and resend.
Exchanges are dependent on stock availability at the time of return. Should an item be out of stock or discontinued, an item of the same value can be sent or a refund can be issued for the item returned.
At Suplest Pty. Ltd. we aim to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return those items within 14 days of receipt and we will happily issue a replacement or refund.
Goods must be returned “as-new” in a saleable condition and be unworn, have blemish free soles (no cleats having been fitted) and be complete with all original tags and in original packaging. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged and make sure to keep a copy of your tracking number. Suplest Pty. Ltd cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
Suplest Pty. Ltd. can only accept returns for purchases made from the www.suplest.com.au website and not from our retail partner stores. Please contact your place of purchase for details of their returns and exchange policy.
